A mixture of urban textures with the roofline of Wilmington, North Carolina's Blue Post Bar gives this photo a very moody feel.
This image is part of John W. Golden's "Rovinato"(Italian for "ruined") Series. John uses a combination of photographs of urban textures and various subject matter to create an image that in the end looks almost painterly.
Image is reproduced on archival paper. 8" x 8" and smaller ship packed in a cello bag with flawboard backing. 12" x 12" and larger ship rolled in a tube. Image is unmatted.
